Quantity Surveyor (QS)

LOCATION: Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

ROLE: Quantity Surveyor (QS) in construction, responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Quantity Surveyor (QS), you’ll ensure financial success for our high-profile construction projects by managing costs and contracts, working closely with Project Managers and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Manage contracts, negotiations, and subcontractor agreements. Monitor costs, track variations, and provide financial reports. Collaborate with teams for cost-effective project delivery. Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s construction regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of QS experience in construction. Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX) and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese building regulations.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; analytical and negotiation skills.

SALARY: 15,000,000–25,000,000 VND/month, plus bonuses.
BENEFITS: Insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN), 12+ days leave, allowances.
