Inspired by the Aboriginal word for “flowing water,” the space unfolds with quiet sophistication: a rippling Murano glass chandelier, bespoke artworks by Tony Wilson, and a palette that echoes movement and depth. Chef Sam Aisbett’s tasting menus pair European precision with Vietnamese terroir, creating a dining journey that is both grounded and elevated.
